Franklin Method™: Rejuvenating Rest with Morten Dithmer

Franklin Method™: Rejuvenating Rest with Morten Dithmer
What is the quality of our resting time, when we sleep, when we take a moment to quiet down? Watching young children sleep can sometimes be a good reminder but often due to the demands and effects of life, the quality and thus potential beneficial effects of our resting time can become quite diminished. Millions of years of evolution has equipped human beings with “preset” automatic, involuntary nervous system reactions to prepare them for nature's emergencies. It has two branches sympathetic and parasympathetic. COST: £125 or £450 for all four in series (£399 earlybird price prior to 30th April) Polestar CPD/CECs: 3
